Child and Adolescent EMDR Therapy Trainings include lectures, videos and exercises, which require appropriate sized venues. The trainings are therefore complex to organise so payment is required within two weeks of registration.  If this timeframe is not possible, e.g. when your employer makes the payment, then please let us know as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Please note: your place on the training will only be confirmed once you meet all the pre-requisites for the training and have paid your training fee or a date for payment has been agreed to, usually at least 6 weeks before the training.

All trainings need minimum numbers to proceed, if we do not have the required number of participants the training will be cancelled and a full refund will be given. This also applies if the training does not go ahead due to it being cancelled by the trainer for health reasons. Participants may wish to consider purchasing cancellation insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements, as we can only refund the training fee, but not your travel costs.

The face to face training programmes have exercises as an integral component in which participants practice the techniques of Child and Adolescent EMDR Therapy in pairs or threes. These exercises involve close proximity to other trainees. Should you be suffering from any infection which is easily transmitted, thought should be given as to whether to cancel out of consideration for others.

All cancellations must be in writing by email at the earliest opportunity. If cancelling up to one month before the training, a refund or transfer to the next available training can occur minus a $100 administration fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the training. Additionally, if a participant does not attend the training, no refunds will be issued. If we are able to fill your place from our waitlist, a refund or transfer to the next available course minus $100 administration fee can occur.

If this is not possible, no refund will be offered.

If a participant does not attend the training there will be no refunds.

Again, you may wish to consider purchasing cancellation insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
